We celebrated my birthday this weekend. Even though I’m still on the mend from my hernia surgery, I managed to get out and enjoy a great meal at one of my favorite restaurants – The Cheesecake Factory.
Thanks to everyone who sent me cards and wished me a happy birthday on Facebook, and to my family and friends for the gifts and time we were able to spend together.
You may be able to tell in the video that Eliana is talking a bit funny. She had her tonsils removed on Monday, so she and I are both healing from surgery. She’s being a real trooper. Soon we’ll both be better off thanks to the medical care.
