On Tuesday we enjoyed one last meal as an extended family before my mom returned to New York. She was in Utah for a couple weeks for my nephew Luke’s baptism.
Rock Creek Pizza Co. is in Riverton and we have always enjoyed their pizza buffet. Although this time we spent about half the time we were there waiting for them to restock the pizzas. Still, when there is pizza for the buffet, it’s pretty tasty.
We’ll miss having Grandma C. around but will look forward to having both Grandma and Grandpa in Utah once they’re able to sell their home in New York and move to Utah for their retirement later this year.
