St. Patrick’s Day 03.17.10

Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!

We celebrated as a family with our traditional St. Patty’s Day meal – corned beef and cabbage. I put the food in the crock pot earlier in the morning and it cooked all day. It was delicious. This year we added some onion, carrots and potatoes to the mix.

Eliana finally passed all her addition and subtraction tables up to 10, so, as promised, we took her out to frozen yogurt at her favorite place, Top It Frozen Yogurt here in Holladay.
